Dr. Richard McCluskey stands in front of the Dick Administration Building while speaking to a student in this 3.5" x 5" black and white photograph. Dr. McCluskey came to Union College in 1979 to teach biology. In 1983 he became academic dean which position he held until he left Union College in 1986.
